Today, there is a caf\u00e9 of the same name on the ground floor, whilst the upper floors are used as hotel rooms for the NH Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace. The building is renowned for its historic architecture and unique character, making it a striking remnant of the oldest part of the city, within walking distance of the museum. <\/p>\n\n\n

Paleis van de Weemoed is a theatre restaurant in the Red Light District where dinner and live entertainment come together. Since 2025, the venue has been run by four local residents who are committed to preserving this hidden gem and developing it further, with a greater focus on the neighbourhood and a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both Amsterdammers and visitors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

JEMI Flower Shop<\/strong><\/a>
On Warmoesstraat, right in the heart of the Warmoesstraat neighbourhood, you\u2019ll find JEMI \u2013 considered by many to be the most beautiful flower shop in the area. The shop has been around for over 42 years and really stands out amongst the many other businesses on the street. The flower shop is more than just a place to buy something. People come here for a cup of coffee or a chat. It\u2019s just like going to the hairdresser\u2019s: you share stories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
